The Three House project for the elderly is designed according to the principles of Universal Design, aiming to enable elderly residents to live independently, safely, and comfortably. It features important functions that support comfortable, barrier-free circulation, such as the installation of ramps and the design of extra-wide walkways to accommodate the use of wheelchairs or walking aids. The design also considers maximum safety by ensuring floor surfaces are smooth and even, and installing grab bars in necessary areas to prevent accidents and tripping.

This design not only emphasizes functionality but also maintains a contemporary aesthetic and creates a warm atmosphere, encouraging family members of all ages to spend time together and care for one another smoothly. The intelligent allocation of space, from the downstairs bedrooms near the bathroom to the green areas for relaxation, helps create an environment that supports multi-generational living, making the Three House project a perfect home for long-term residency.
