The Luteca Norea Town

The Luteca was a town in pre-Roman and Roman Gaul, and this project serves as a bridge for residents to travel back through time and experience the richness that history has to offer.

The axis and curves of the Khong River are brought into the design concept to create a “Glory Axis” that signifies prosperity and generates a “quartier des miracle” (district of miracles) centered on Phnom Penh’s natural resources and geography.
